Dodge County Housing Authority provides one bedroom apartments, limited to 2 occupants restricted to seniors (age 62 ) or a person living with a disability* regardless of age in Beaver Dam, Juneau, Reeseville, Iron Ridge, Lowell, Hustisford, Old Ashippun, Theresa and Harris Court Apartments in Waupun.
*If a person is living with a disability but has not yet been awarded social security disability benefits, a medical professional may certify eligibility by completing a verification form.
The Burnett building has 1 bedroom apartments limited to 2 occupants and is NOT restricted to seniors or a person living with a disability.
Horicon, Oak Grove apartments has 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments and are NOT restricted to seniors or a person living with a disability.
